Shipping Policy

At Dax Explores, we are dedicated to delivering your outdoor and travel products promptly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery to ensure your experience is seamless.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • After processing, you will receive a confirmation message or call with the estimated delivery details.

2. Shipping Locations

If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you during the order confirmation process.


3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Local Deliveries: 3–5 business days
  • Regional Deliveries: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or logistical challenges.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly communicated during the checkout process. In most cases:

  • Standard shipping charges apply based on delivery location.
  • For promotional offers, free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with the delivery details.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent upon receiving the product.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient:

  • Our delivery team will attempt to contact you to reschedule.
  • If the order remains undelivered after 2 attempts, it will be returned to us. You may be required to pay additional shipping charges for redelivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Email us at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
